This forum is for discussion of alert related issues.
We use Sage MAS200 at our organization and I'm having an issue where every client is reporting it has software installed that is not whitelisted. I've looked in the whitelist and it is in there if I right click on the software and try to whitelist is still stays highlisted like its not whitelisted. Not sure why this is happening?
