How do I find what scripts are assigned at the monitor level

Postby atorres.hantover » Fri Jul 01, 2016 12:11 pm

How do I find what scripts are assigned at the monitor level? For example, Under the workstation 24x7 service plan is a monitor (SW – Application Crash) that raises an alert and runs a script assigned at the monitor level. I understand the raise an alert portion, but how do I find out what script, if any runs with this alert?
Thank you.

There is a Script To Run field on the monitor's Alerting tab but I don't think it is used(?).

Click Edit the Alerts then Edit Alert and you can pick a script there.

Monitors can have custom settings in a group also so a group can override the default.

Got it. This particular alert does not run a script. Thank you for your help.
