Troubles using Quick connect to view Macs

Postby dbacon.converging » Mon Jan 13, 2014 1:23 pm

We have been attempting to get some clients who have Mac books at home so they don't want an active agent running on them to work with the quick connect option from our lab tech site. The only issue is that it doesn't work on the Macs, and we are forced to use join.me or some other service for a quick connection to them. Has anyone else had this problem with quick connect, and Macs'? When people use windows systems we have no issues with the quick connect sessions.

Regards

David

Quick Connect is currently designed for Windows OS only. May I suggested submitting new feature request for Mac compatible Quick Connect client? You can submit feature request via our enchantment forums. The enchantment forums allows you to vote up other partner's suggestion and submit your own. The link is below.

It appears the Enchantment Forum no longer exists, or the link you posted is broken. I would love to see Quick Connect, or something similar, working on Macs.

We had an Enchantment forum? noooo, I never saw it and now its too late. I could have really used a good anti-fragmentation enchantment. :D
