This forum is for discussion of redirector related issues.
Documentation of Screenconnect shows a menu called Support which is where you can create an ad-hoc support session. Our screenconnect installation does not show this menu so we only create support sessions to machines that have the screenconnect client installed. I have uploaded an image of what the documentation shows and highlighted the missing sections (Support & Meet).
Has anyone else seen this or know how to enable?
