This forum is for discussion of redirector related issues.
One of my LT users cannot use ScreenConnect - every time he tries, he receives a message advising him to check his credentials. This occurs on multiple different agents; it isn't specific to one remote machine.
SC works great for all other users.
Could this be a permissions issue for him in LT? His permissions look the same as other users.
