ScreenConnect broken

ScreenConnect broken

Windows 7 Agent machine. LT 10.5 (cloud service)

ScreenConnect is running. No ScreenConnect icon in the System Tray.
Worse, no ScreenConnect icon on the agent screen in Control Console, so I can't connect.

Uninstalled and reinstalled LabTech agent, also ScreenConnect.
Tried "Update Plugins".
Rebooted agent computer a few times.

Any idea how I can make this right?

Apparently it takes more time than I thought.

Left it on overnight - working fine this morning...
