Permission required for ScreenConnect.

What permissions are required for a user (not a contact) to see the ScreenConnect icon? So far I tried NOC Users and Help Desk Users. Neither one can see the ScreenConnect icon. Super Admin can but I don't want to give Super Admin to this user.

Did you ever sort this out? I'm looking to setup a user that only has the right to screen connect to a remote workstation. i can limit to a group, but can't find the rights to let them access SC, or now, CW Remote.
