We currently have a setup where all user tickets get mapped to a ConnectWise (CW) board for all clients, and monitor tickets get mapped to a different CW board.
We would like to have it so tickets from different clients get mapped to different CW boards. There is a way with the CW plugin using 'streamlining', however this will force ALL tickets to go into the CW board, including the monitor-related tickets. This is not an option, the monitor tickets need to go into a separate board for all clients, yet user tickets getting split to different boards for different clients.
Has anybody managed to do this and if so, how?
Any help would be awesome with this one.
