We are doing some testing with automatically creating tickets from emails our endusers send to our helpdesk email. We would it that for now, the enduser doesn't get any confirmation emails of tickets created, closed, etc. This is only temporary. I've looked at the settings under Dashboard, but can't see anywhere to "turn it off"
