To improve your experience, LabTech Knowledge Base articles are now available from their new home at http://docs.labtechsoftware.com/category/knowledge-base-articles/

• Add-On Solutions is the new home for any 3rd party software, including ConnectWise and ESET.
• The Mobile App and MDM have been condensed into one category called Mobile Management.
• A new Cloud category has been created for all Cloud related KBs.
• A new Supportability Statement category was created for easy access to information regarding LabTech’s position on new product updates, adoption and support.
A list of LabTech’s Known Issues can now be found within the Customer Portal at https://cp.labtechsoftware.com/resources/knownissues

Known Issues can be searched multiple ways:
- Category the Known Issue pertains to (e.g., Agent, Control Center, etc.)
• Ticket #
- The ticket associated with the Known Issue.
- Tentative fix date of the Known Issue.
• Summary Line
- Search by keywords.
