I can't seem to get support to help me with this, maybe someone here could help me? I am running LT10 and have had so many issues with Solution Center each time I open a support ticket I am told this is "out of scope" or it gets sent to the black hole called QA. Never once have I had an actual person who knew the Solution Center well enough to actually troubleshoot my issue look at it before getting one of the above answers. Please see screenshots in this thread, with explanation. I tried adding to the queue individually and still no luck.

Hitman (I never even used this application, no one from my business has installed it. The group "Antimalware" does not exist in the gui or in the database.)
