We have a few clients with users that work remotely. We want to create a separate location for remote users so we know the difference between them and on-site users. Is there any way that we can use Labtech to automate the search for which users are remote? Maybe we need to write a script that will add users to a location if RDS is in use?

I was going to say "pull a dataview that shows the Router Address" and anything with a different agent router address is at a different location. Assuming they're not using a VPN and connecting through the office. However, is there one that shows the Router Address (public IP)?
Or search the Navigation Tree for the office router address and any PCs that aren't found are in a different location.
