User Idle Time in 2013

User Idle Time in 2013

Since upgrading to 2013, it appears that the User Idle Time is blank. I've noticed it does show when the system is In Use.

Just wanted to find out if anyone else has noticed this or if it is just an issue here.

We noticed this and have a ticket open for it. Our ticket is #3112675 regarding Agents no longer show user Idle Time. They confirmed it to be a bug.

I've noticed that also. I love having that data field there! I hope it gets fixed soon.

I know it's only been a month or so but I don't suppose they've fixed this yet?

They have fixed it and it will be in the upcoming patch for 2013

Did they happen to give you an ETA? It's on most or all of our agents and is rather annoying....

Don't know if there is an official ETA. But I know the patch is being tested by some pilot partners and that its resolved in that patch.

Hey everyone,

This was addressed in 60.256 (patch 1), which was made available earlier this week. At this time you can start a Support ticket to receive the patch.
