We originally had our email Exchange at a hosted facility when LabTech was installed and configured. Now that we have brought the email Exchange back in house, the email alerts have stopped even though I have changed the SMTP address to the new address in the Mail Setup in the Dashboard. Is there something I am missing?

Does your Exchange server allow anonymous mail from the LabTech server's IP?
