How to convince Control Center to work with Gmail account?

Hi,
I would like to setup ticketing system to work with my email hosted by Google. I tried to change settings in Dashboard->Config->System to Gmail settings and since them emails don't go thru.

Is there a way to make it work?

This can be made to work.

You need to setup the email configuration in DASHBOARD > CONFIG > SYSTEM:

GMAIL SMTP Settings:
SMTP Address - smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port - 587
SMTP Username and SMTP Password enter in your gmail credentials

GMAIL POP Settings:
POP Address - pop.gmail.com
POP Username and POP Password enter in your gmail credentials
POP SSL Mode should be Automatic

SAVE these settings

Next go to DASHBOARD > CONFIG > CONFIGURATIONS > PROPERTIES
Add a new entry with a name of SMTPSSL and a value of TRUE
Save the new entry

Last restart Labtech Critical Services

If new emails are not getting picked up by Labtech you can check the LTATickets.txt error log located in C:\Program Files(x86)\Labtech\Logs to see if there are any errors.
