Email Monitoring Help Required

Hi,

I need to setup a monitor to check email flow, this is the method I wish to use:

- Email from server sends to LabTech
- LabTech replies to email
- Email received from LabTech to Server and sends Auto reply to LabTech
- LabTech replies to email
- Email received from LabTech to Server and sends Auto reply to LabTech
- And a continuous loop

If LabTech does not receive contact via this method then we know there is an issue with emails and an Alert/Ticket is raised, reason for this method is other variables that you cannot monitor just looking at a server, issues external to the server, DNS, Domain services, Blacklists etc.

I need guidance or assistance in the setup of this, other providers are now offering this functionality, and I believe that LabTech should be able to do this, just not sure what to do to implement it.

LabTech's response: There are no default monitors that do this functionality currently. I would recommend posting this question on our LabTech forums or contact your Account Manger who can get you in touch with a department that can create custom monitors.

I am hoping someone else has implemented this method successfully, or someone may have an idea on how to do it.
