This isn't something I say very often (OK, this is the first time): the documentation provided by Labtech for setting up the ScreenConnect was pretty good. Had to do a little reading between the lines to adjust for being a cloud server user, but it wasn't bad by any stretch.
However, to anyone who follows the instructions to the letter, be warned: Labtech pushes out ScreenConnect 5.2, a version that isn't supported in their current integration. All of the setup procedures will flow nicely, but when you try to push SC out to a LT agent, it won't work.
All you need to do is go to the ScreenConnect site, download the 5.3.x version and install it over the old one that Labtech sent you.
So far, ScreenConnect seems to work very well...
