By default the drive is being mapped as T:

However, we have some clients who have T already mapped. If I am reading the posts above correctly I can change the mapping by using the following variable %drive%|X or whatever letter I so desire, correct?

This is how the Drive field is set on our in house location.

\\sbs.mmti.local\cci-cache|T

You can vary the drive letter to anything that will work for computers in that location.

Five years later and the documentation (https://docs.labtechsoftware.com/LabTec ... ons|_____2) is still wrong on this...looks like %LocationUser% and %LocationPass% still don't work.

I'm not sure if it happened in 11 or 12, since we were only on 11 a short time, but in v12 the caching apparently doesn't map a drive letter or keep the connection open unless it is being used.
