[SOLVED] Ticket Time Setting

I am attempting to integrate LT with Autotask. When I run the configuration sanity check from the Autotask plugin, I recieve the following error.

I have verified the username is the same on LT as it is on Autotask. The passwords match, and I have followed the
LT Autotask configuration guide for the entire process.

Ticket Time Settings: Error! Users not verified!


Any help would be appreciated.

We have the LT username as the part before the email domain only e.g.

AT login email address: someone@somewhere.co
LT Username: someone

Also, the integration account is set with higher security rights

Thanks for the reply.

Once we imoprted an actual account, and ran the verification against that account, it succeeded.
