I found another post on this subject but it's an old post (2012) and that resolution didn't work. I have come across several machines within an organization that "resend hotfix" is failing. Output: ERR Hotfix Scan was unable to get the list of hotfixes. Try Resetting Windows Update to defaults, Installing the Latest Windows Update Agent, check the time and date settings. I've followed the recommended -install the windows update agent, -set windows update defaults; however this does not work. Machines will take upto and in excess of 90 minutes to execute the hotfix inventory update.
Assistance would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
