switched support email to office365 mailbox
mailflow working, but now if we send email to support address, ticket is generated but html code shows up or encryption key like information shows in request field on ticket data tab and shows up on reading view tab as well
internally generated messages do not seem to have this problem
all help is greatly appreciated

We are having the same issues with using Labtech Cloud and Office 365 email for our tickets. We've opened up tickets with both Labtech and Microsoft and have hit a brick wall on a resolution.
As of right now we are looking for a way to switch our email back to the hostedrmm email address but are unclear what that will do to our current tickets from Office 365 and any tickets still existing on the old hostedrmm box.
